Good communication from the whole team.
Bryant was conservative with his quote and when interest rates made a sudden upswing, Bryant moved quick to get me locked in. So I didn't have any sudden surprises.

Very good communication with all aspects of the process
Everyone was available, on top of things and especially on my side.
Bryant called me to explain rates and situations for REI mortgage loans, which made the process more clear. I also like the emails with the videos related to the stage I was in, explaining the process.
