Very poor communication
Communication. We appreciated how NFM created a credit for us - however, changing the interest rate without telling us why, in addition to the miscommunication about who is paying for the appraiser created so much unnecessary stress.
Never met Bryan. Dealt with several other people over email only. Never met anyone from NFM.
I knew my house buying process wasn’t going to be easy but Brian made it a very structured timeline and kept pace and got us in our dream home
