Brian went above and beyond helping us when our original lender would not be able to close the deal in a timely manner. Brian ensured us that we would be able to close on or within a week from our proposed closing date.

closing was set for 9 o'clock in the morning, but we still didn't have our funds to close. We did not get that numbel 9:45. we bought several homes and never had this issue. That was my only issue with this loan..
