Because all other parties ( title , realtor ) were so disorganized and slow , Bryan kept the train rolling and on track for us . Otherwise we would not have closed on time

Bryan was always on top of everything and was very thorough with the documents i needed to sign. He was also willing and able to answer all of my questions. Would highly recommend him.
