Bryan is thorough and always explanatory in his decisions and suggestions. He is the best there is.
Attention to detail and following market trends as closely as possible.
Wasn't the easiest mortgage to do underwriting on but he worked extremely hard and communicated throughout going above and beyond to get us to close.
Bryan is very quick to answer and very knowledgeable. He explains all options and is a huge support during the entire process. He even offered to help with servicing questions after the loan closed.
