I have worked with Bruce Woodburn of Summit Mortgage for more than 5 years now and have absolutely never been disappointed in the process by which is office handles all issues quickly and accurately.
People say it is a hassle to deal with mortgage brokers, but with Summit is was smooth sailing all along. Definitely going to use them again when we are upgrading!
