Bruce lead the team of professionals that made the entire process quick and easy for us.
Everyone was so pleasant and informative. Every question I had was answered quickly and in a way that was easy to understand.
Not having to submit the same thing over and over again throughout the application process like we had to do last time we refinanced with Countrywide.
