Our loan process took way too long, 3 weeks longer than it should have, because the VA appraiser was horrible and didn't deliver the appraisal in time. That was not a result of Cross Country, but I am dissatisfied with the Cross Country team...

I was only disappointed in the amount of time (7 months) it took to process the VA loan. Had I known it was going to take that long, I would have went conventional.
