Not having ao many last minute changes even after closing documents were signed
Brooke was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. She was clear in her explanations and prompt with responses to requests and questions. The application process was efficient and proceeded at a good pace.
Everything was handled expediently with a minimum of stress and complications. The online document communication was a pleasant surprise. Brooke was responsive and handles the entire refinance with expertise and professionalism.
Brooke provide excellent service. She kept me abreast of the process and answered all my questions.
