The closing process felt rushed. There were a lot of documents and I really would have preferred to read through them before signing.

Communication, promptness, and the overall effort to help me out with getting what i wanted done. I was unsure and skeptical aboit even having a chance to refinance for a cash out but Broc made it happen.
