They made me take my credit card off of automatic payment and said they would pay at the closing. It ended up getting to the credit card company late! So I had a $25 late fee and a $4.81 interest fee. I always pay my credit cards off and on...

Brittany seemed to be waiting until the last minute to ask questions and resolve issues. While we got all sorts of automated email from her office, we got very little personal communication and were rarely kept up to date.
