Brittany was professional, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. She kept us in the loop at all times.

AAG is a loser End of story
lack of communication towards the end, she was out of office lots (could be illness though) things not explained on amount of borrowing limits each year. no communication now even though she said she could call me and I asked her to do that....

Experience with Tabitha was not good. She took way too long and didnot do her work proficiently enough. But, Brittney Hodges was terrific.
Except for a slow start, once we got going, the service was outstanding. Brittany was very helpful in explaining everything. She was also very empathetic with my needs.
She was always very pleasant. She answered all my questions and had a good attitude.
I was impressed by Brittany's knowledge about the process of securing the loan, and her patience and empathy with my goals for the money obtained.. Brittany is a real asset to AAG.
