Everything was made easy
My buyer came already pre-approved with another lender, however wanted a second opinion. Brittany was able to get her a lower rates and have the loan fully approved weeks before settlement.

More clarification/ did not feel like I was helped much nor did anyone check to see if i qualify for any additional assistance also did not appreciate the constant $ change on everything
