Very knowledgeable and accommodating staff that helped answer all of my questions.

Brittany and her team were super responsive and made the process incredibly easy. She came with proactive solutions whenever there was a hiccup, which was greatly appreciated!

More clarification/ did not feel like I was helped much nor did anyone check to see if i qualify for any additional assistance also did not appreciate the constant $ change on everything

Great experience. I just wish I could have gotten documents a few days prior to closing and that I had time to review some of CrossCounty processes and policies regarding my loan.
