Bridget was always available and informative throughout the mortgage process. I would definitely chose PHM for my future homes if i ever purchase another one :-).

One suggestion I would want to make is to let the borrower know upfront if there is going to be an effort to match the rates with a competetior. This will not set high expectations from the borrower and help for a smooth application process...
