Brian explains everything very well. He stayed in touch with us throughout the process. In today's world it is very hard to keep up with email "spam" but brian followed up his emails with a phone call. Very professional!
Brian communicated in clear easy to understand language whether over the phone or in texts and emails. He was friendly and professional as well as patient with my many questions.
