Overall communication and ease of application was fine. However, we’re already refinancing with another lender who is able to get us a 1.1% lower interest rate and a 25 year mortgage for less per month than what we’d be paying Fairway.
Efficient, quick, great communication. The transaction went very smoothly
Try to work better with information fir first time home buyers
