I was informed on what to do and was able to do it. When I had questions they were answered.
Smooth and easy process. Was never asked repeatedly for the same documents. The whole process was well organized and quick.
Brian was there to answer questions and address concerns at every step of the loan process.
Better communication with credit score management. Interest rate was not fixed as told.
