Overall, it could’ve been a more pleasant experience, but they did stay on top of things at the end to ensure a timely closing.

More communication and updates
The initial experience with Brian wasn’t good. It got a little better after someone else came in to help. Once I had to deal with him again, I just worked with him to get my loan closed and the process done.
It was an easy process , with clear instructions and constant communication
