    there were many mistakes in the process with loan amount and me having to intervene how to advance a file - seemed very chaotic good thing I had Brian as if I did not have a rep who would go to bat - I think I still would be lost

    Brian, helped lot, however due to some human mistake little problem .Closer made mistake counting 3 days for CD, cancelled closing but NO ONE NOTIFIED CLIENT TILL THEY WENT TO THEIR LAWYERS OFFICE AT 1.30 IN AFTERTNOON. VERY VERY BAD COMUNICATION...
