Brian was able to answer all of my questions in a timely manner.
Both my client and myself commented on how little communication there was. While it went through without an issue, in their transaction in February, the lender gave them regular updates.
Brian was so helpful all during the process and made sure we understood everything. Great experience with him.

Easy to navigate and quick service. Very thorough.
Had the feeling I had to reach out to make sure Silverton was working on my loan. I would have liked them to check in with me instead of me checking in on them.
More communication would have been nice. I had to reach out to get answers. Several times my emails were not responded back to. Everything went smooth for closing but more communication leading up to the actual closing would have been nice....
