The process and the communication with the team
Receiving better information about our loan process. Getting the right amount of money we need at closing. Being told one amount and paper work showed a different number.
The letter I received from Planet Home Lending stated there would be no credit check. While signing mortgage, I learned that a credit check was run. This would explain an error that detained our approval as it appeared my husband had a lien...
