Brian was very attentive to our questions, and always quick to respond to questions we might have had regarding the process of our refinance.
There wasn't a lot of going back and forth. I had to provide evidence of some things that had been paid off by Planet Home Lending on a previous loan but it wasn't a problem....I provided the proof and we moved on.
