Great customer service and amazing communication. Very smooth closing and process.
The whole process took way too long. It took nearly 90 days instead of the 60 days which is still too long for a refi.
The follow up and professionalism.
Brian was very attentive and responsive. He returned all my calls in a timely manner. Never did a streamline refi before. It was painless and no documentation was required. Wish all my mortgage transactions were this simple.
