Time duration.. Fast process
Brian was up to date with everything and always had an answer to my questions. Made everything real clear and trustworthy of the process.
Brain explained thoroughly the entire process. Told me to be patient. Everything ran just like he stated and I am now able to save $300/month with Planet Home Lending

Brian was professional and helpful, unfortunately Planet lending was very slow to get to closing, and required multiple prompts to get to a closing date. These were issues not within Brian’s control.
Brian was very prompt in returning calls and providing info.
