Great communication and fast to respond to your request or questions.
My only complaint is I was supposed to receive a two month break on my mortgage payment but I wasn’t told to turn off auto pay so my old mortgage payment came out anyways and now I only get to skip January not December and January.
Brian was helpful and answered emails quickly. It was out of his control but the process took a long time.
Extremely nice. Brian made the process go smooth as possible! If I had any questions he found the answer in a timely matter.
Brian was very good at communicating with me even after hours if I was in need of help or some explanation.
