Great advice, and great customer service!
My experience was great. I especially liked how easy it was to communicate and keep the process flowing.
Brian set expectations that there was a high volume of loans and we should be patient with the timeline; he checked in multiple times. His guidance on refinance was very help and he nicely transitioned over to the case handler.
Brian was always available and responsive to all our questions and concerns. He was vey helpful in this long but long process
