I never got a call from anyone which caused me worries. It took to long to get everything approved.
I loved the ease of completing my refinance online. Whenever I had questions I received an email response very quickly. I did speak with Brian on the phone initially and he was extremely friendly and informative!
Communication was great. Fast and easy.
Brian was helpful and available if we had any questions.
Our initial request for a cash out refi was not doable as our property value came in low but Brian countered back with a rate n term refi with a lower rate which was great.
Ease of the whole transaction, fine the initial phone call, to all the follow up from the staff. A few small hiccups along the way and very prompt solutions.
Brian was very knowledgeable and expedient when helping me and answering my questions.
