first phone call was just a couple minutes and non informative. said he would send paperwork to look over then we can talk more. after filling out i asked for the follow up call, never received one.
Brian was great and answered all of our questions and there were many. Brian has excellent communication skills and follows through on what he says he will do. Thank you Brian!
