Brian made the whole loan process clear and simple. He was helpful during each step of the proce He was responsive to responding to all concerns and questions I had during the process.

Throughout all the issues we came across during the process of buying our home, Brian was there every step. He stayed in contact with us and kept us up-to-date on everything. He was amazing!
Not particularly judging Brian‘s service, but the loan was moved from the original loan officer and Brian was left familiar with the situation. Also apparently there is not enough underwriters employed to expedite the deals in a timely manner....
