Very professional when it came to all my finances. Had an answer to every question while also connecting on a personal level.
Brian stayed in communication the whole way thru. His video about our specific terms and points was very helpful.
I appreciate the fact that Brian was able to gain the trust of my client. They loved working with him so much that they didn't want to work with any other lender even though they were offered incentives.
