Told us what we needed to provide and gave us several options for financing. He completed everything quickly to purchase our home.
I didn't feel like we were kept up to date on our status when it came to interest rates. Also, interest rates were not really explained in the way we were used to in CA. A lot of attention was placed on our "financial situation" which was not...
