Brian and the underwriters were very friendly and helpful as well as prompt in getting things done and moving. As soon as I knew the house they said closing will be the 20th and we closed on the 20th
I d think I would be able to get a mortgage loan but the team was very efficient with getting me to the place I needed to be to get my first home
