Communication was great upfront , but got a little difficult after rate lock. Brian Was helpful, but his support staff rarely answered the phone and was more difficult to communicate with.

Process was slow. Was notified 2 days before closing that closing needed to pushed back another week, which effected the seller being on a timeline doing a 1031 Exchange.
