My issues are not with Brian but with the technology employed by his company being difficult for non-techies to use and the bureaucratic decision making that delayed closing for weeks.

Loan took long to process. Keep adding steps needed to complete. Keep costing more and more. Started off getting 12000, cash after consolidation loan, ended up with 7000.
