The process was so much easier with Brians App you can upload directly from your phone the necessary paperwork to get the process started. When emailed the paperwork we signed online via DocuSign and before closing they had a notary come directly...

They didn’t send us one of papers to sign, which threw the closing later than we were told it would be. It wasn’t a major but we had all of our utilities switched over for that day so ended up paying utilities at two place for about a week....
