The communication was quick and efficient! The process was smooth, things were given to me and completed in a very timely fashion. Cynthia Kopeny was also great, she answered all of my questions and made sure I was in the loop!

I would have prefer to know my APR ahead of time before making the decision of financing through you. For us an APR of 7.4 was too high. We were expecting something around 6.8

Communication was often slow or needing additional prompting for a response. Rates when locking in were also notably higher than the market rate.
