Maybe gone over some different options as far as to what loan types are available to me.

Brian was always available. Quick to respond and super informative across the entire process for me

I was able to get ahold of Brian at any point throughout our process. Even when I felt like I was asking way too much at a given time he was always assuring and informative.

Any concerns or questions we had were answered & explanations patiently given in light of the fact that we weren't overly "tech" savy ourselves. This gave us confidence with the process and was much appreciated!
