Always a pleasure working with Brian as a realtor and now as a customer!
After changing lenders last minute, I was worried about closing on time. We opted to swap lenders because our previous lender was not able to meet our deadline. Prosperity was able to meet our deadline, and offered a lower interest rate!
Easiest real estate transaction yet. There was some redundancy in documents required by underwriting but overall a pleasant and streamlined experience. Have already referred to others.
Brian was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and promptly responded to all emails. He was both personable and professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone I know.
