Brian was so kind and patient. I had a ton of questions and he walked me through every step. He also worked really hard to make sure we hit our excelerated closing deadline. He is easily one of the best parts of a very stressful process!!

Great communicator and quick to respond
Communication could have been better. Things did improve though. The process has changed considerably since 2011. I feel in some cases a quick phone call or email response would have helped the process go more smoothly.
