Brett would always respond if we had questions. He set clear expectations
I have already discussed my concerns with Tony Turner. I was misinformed and the lack of communication was worse than any services I have had. His customer service skills and communication skills need major help.

Communication was exceptional
Brett is extremely helpful! He got my loan take care of very quickly! Great communication with his team to make sure everything goes smoothly for his clients!
Brett and his team were a pleasure to work with the entire process. They were able to answer any questions and concerns I had. My second time purchasing a home with Gulf Coast Bank and I can't recommend them enough.

Brett was very informative and gave me a lot of helpful information throughout the whole loan process. He made the process pleasant because he was so friendly.
If they were consistent and responded in a timely matter it would have been better..but regardless, he stepped in and got things completed immediately . Great work
