Aside from the portal being a bit relentless we found it quite smooth . We paid our own insurance and taxes so the portal didn't like an omittance . The IRS vs tax records and and having to do transcripts to make the portal satisfied was tedious...

Turning a mortgage loan with multiple moving parts in only 22 days was amazing. They were able to do things that the other Lender I know of could do to make this loan work.
