    I had to ask a lot of questions throughout the process. There were pretty big gaps in communication. In the end, it all worked out but it felt like we were left to ask a lot of questions.

    Nothing. We tapped three lenders and none of them knew lending well enough to offer us the options Ben did. From UCCU to Zions bank and ONLY Ben found what we needed!
