Thank you for your feedback. I will certainly take it to heart to improve the frequency of communications as we navigate delays with new construction.
This survey is more for my husband than for me. He is the one who did most of the communication with Academy. He was pleased with timely responses and felt the process went fairly smoothly. He would highly recommend Academy Mortgage!
Brenda was easy to work with and clear on what was needed.
It was quick and efficient although some of it was confusing but she answered the questions quickly and was very prompt and polite with a good head on her shoulders.
