Thank you, Alex. New construction during Covid is not for the faint of heart to be sure. It was a pleasure to work with you over the past year during the build.
Brenda was amazing on every level start to finish. It’s your underwriting/ processing team that screwed up and cost us closing 3 days late.
Professional
Brenda is highly knowledgeable regarding mortgage programs. She was able to get the loan for my clients completed ahead of our closing date.
Brenda went above and beyond in making this closing happen. She was under a lot of pressure due to the screw up of the previous lender.
