Completing paperwork virtually was difficult and there were many issues with communication/expectations when getting files signed and sent over.
The entire process felt very scattered and disorganized. We felt very uninformed throughout the process. And felt like we had to keep resubmitting the same paperwork multiple times due to misinformation with the initial request.
