Brayden was amazing. He was professional and had a great sense of humor as well. A home equity loan was overwhelming at first, but Brayden made the entire process from start to finish perfect.

Would liked to have had weekly updates via email so we could know where we were in the process. Felt like I had to go after the updates instead of just getting some notifications.

Brayden was very upfront with the process. He was able to show me how a low APR is nice but by doing a refi I could save money each month .

It was great except that when i received the improved interest rate I did not realize I had to buy it down.
