Some communication from the people who were apart of the process would have been great. I had to be emailing or calling to get updates.

Braxton was prompt in answering questions and was extremely friendly throughout the entire process.
Everything could be done online and was easily navigated. Braxton and Taylor were available when we did have questions and were prompt with answers.

The first attempt at closing was great and quick. Unfortunately due to circumstances of the parties we had reissue the closing. The second time was a little slow, but I appreciate the effort.
