Lender was in constant communication with us. Brandy and her team were helpful and friendly. Overall home buying process was fairly smooth working with them.
The service was prompt.
They were patient with us in following through with refinancing. They answered any and all questions. They did what was in the best interest for us as customers.
The staff were able to answer and explain any question that I had in a timely manner either on the phone or email they responded well. The best group to work with thought the whole process.
