    too much handoff between the broker and the other person(s) involved in the process. there was confusion multiple times on the offer that could be extended.

    I felt that communication was lacking. I sent emails requesting info and sometimes not get anything from when we started up to the funding. I even wrote an email to Tori about it and I don’t believe the constructive criticism was taken well....
