The knowledge and the professional experience we had.
Although the process took longer than we anticipated, Brandon was always professional, responsive, courteous and thorough. He was also able to solve horribly unfortunate hit to my credit that we were not aware of.
Brandon was awesome! We felt he listened and really took nice care of our re-finance.
